Wet-side and Rectangular Tanks have the unique capability of holding large amounts of water in a relatively small area. They can be painted or, when using Black Matte material, left unpainted. These tanks are very economical and ideal for delivering a large quantity of water to the fire scene.
Like T-Tanks, Wet-side and Rectangular Tanks can also come with integrated Foam Cells, Thru-Sleeves, Ladder Compartments and Tool bins. APR can incorporate these components while maintaining the integrity and quality of the plastic tank.
Our Baffling system (unlike others) serves two different purposes. First and foremost as the structural support system. This is achieved by adhering to the DVS Standards for plastic structural support and design; and second, by meeting and/or exceeding NFPA requirements. APR's unique "finger lock" design for the longitudinal and transverse baffles add to the over all strength and durability of our tanks. All of our baffles are extrusion welded, not bead or V-rod welded.
According to our customers, APR Wet-Side tanks are the easiest to prep for painting, thus saving time and money. We take extra care and time, not only to insure you have the best built tank but also a quality finish.
We look forward to showing you why APR tanks are the best-built plastic tanks in the industry.
