APR Plastic Fabricating, Inc. is pleased to announce our expansion project here in Fort Wayne to be completed in January 2012. We are expanding our production capabilities by moving our custom tank fabrication operations to a new facility and using the additional space at our current location to more than double our fire tank manufacturing space.
By gaining this extra room, we will be able to expand our current product offerings - foam cells, skid tanks, wet-side tanks, rectangular tanks and t-tanks – to plastic bodies, ARFF tanks, elliptical tanks and custom equipment and accessories. We’ve recently installed a 8’ x 8’ x 20’ Jackson oven with 7,500 CFM blower and 1,200,000 BTU/hr. which allows us to produce the only thermo-formed elliptical tank in the fire apparatus market.
For over 26 years, APR Plastic Fabricating has provided the international industrial market with high quality, innovative products, and served the Fort Wayne area by bringing job opportunities to the community and building the solid foundation upon which our business stands.
