Standard procedures:
Drawings for approval generated using AutoCAD and/or Solidworks 3D CAD software
After drawings are approved they are re-checked for accuracy by quality control.
Parts are cut using our 5’X10’ CNC router to insure pinpoint accuracy.
Parts are then assembled with our Butt Fusion welder and/or Corner Bender (when possible) for strong seamless joints.
Extrusion welders are the standard for all other types of welds.
