- Before Dan and I actually started the original partnership, Allen Plastics Repair, in June 1985, we discussed
- our mission, goals, and concept of the way business should be conducted. We believed then, as
- we believe now, that without the highest level of integrity, morality, and commitment, there can be no success.

- As we approach the start of our Twenty fourth year, I reflect upon the past as a guide to the future.
- Starting out with an idea and a second mortgage, we worked diligently to build not only our business, but also the philosophy upon which it is based. We learned from our mistakes, constantly improving our processes, capabilities, designs, and quality, all the while maintaining the highest level of integrity. Today, with over sixty employees and an ever growing customer base, it becomes very clear that APR is on the right track and, with the help of everyone involved, we can continue to look forward to a bright and successful future.
